Changing your order
After your order is submitted, you have 30 minutes to change shipping information, the color or size of the item, and you can add or subtract items.

Canceling an order online
Whether you're signed in using your Dr. Muxue's account or you checked out as a guest, you have 30 minutes to cancel your order online from the time it was submitted.
If you log in using Dr.Muxue account, please select the order details link for the order you want to cancel, and select the "cancel order" link on the "order details" page. After the operation, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been canceled.
If you cancel your order as a guest, please visit Dr. Muxue's purchase history to use the search function in the order, select the "cancel order" link on the "order details" page, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been canceled.
Inability to cancel an order
If your order has shown shipment and the shipping number is available, the order cannot be cancelled.

Order confirmation email
Under the Dr.Muxue.com orders within an hour after, you will receive an E-mail confirmation, including the order number, order goods, quantity, price per piece, shipping address, etc. Please save emails from us, because it can be used to check the order status.
Delivery confirmation email
After each shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment details and your tracking number.
Each shipping confirmation email provides information about items that have been shipped or have not been shipped.
All our orders are shipped from China and all taxes occured in your custom should be paid by you.
We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are willing to accept returns by mail and in store for 60 days free.The exceptions are as follows. You can read our return policy for more information.

Exchanges to a store: Items purchased in a store must be exchanged at a store. We have partner dealers in some countries. Items purchased online can be exchanged at a store, or returned by mail and a new order for the item can be made online. Bring your original receipt. No receipt? We can use the credit card you used to make your purchase, your return label, packing slip, order or shipping confirmation email, or registry number to look up your information for you.
Exchanges by mail: Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Once you complete your return, place a new order for the item at current selling price.
